Scary second for skilled skier George McQuinn who was knocked unconscious after a brutal crash in the course of the FIS Freestyle World Cup occasion in Deer Valley Utah on Thursday.
But fortunately, he’s okay.
The terrifying incident was caught on video … displaying the Team USA skier taking a nasty spill on the final soar of the course, smacking the again of his head as he took off.
McQuinn is instantly knocked out chilly from the blow to his head, and also you see his physique go limp, as he then slides down the mountain, face first.
Medical professionals rapidly jumped into motion and eliminated McQuinn on a backboard from the course. Thankfully, officers introduced shortly after the crash that he’d regained consciousness.
Later that evening, McQuinn let his followers know that he was okay after the “gnarly crash” — posting video of the incident on his IG and a photograph of his facial accidents with a thumbs up.
